The reference sheet will include 1 full body + 1 color palette + 1 or 2 small object in your base price;

A basic edition accompanies the illustration.

I reserve the right to refuse requests that I do not want or feel comfortable doing.

My artwork is NOT authorized for use in any technology related to blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI), including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Do not claim full credit for creating the artwork, even if you are the owner of the artwork.

Please do not copy, trace or edit my drawings. Its use is restricted to the purchaser only.

The client must provide all necessary information and requirements so that the art can be produced, including clear visual references or anything that is being requested in the work.

If artwork is requested on a specific date, an additional fee will be charged.

You do not have the right to commercially use my art unless discussed in advance.

I prefer to request payment after the sketch has been approved.

You have the right to request changes at no additional cost at the sketch stage of the drawing. At the start of lineart, an additional fee will be charged for each requested change.

Finished pieces may or may not be published online. If the client does not want the artwork to be shared, it will be kept confidential.

Each commission takes time to make. Once started and the sketch approved, it can vary from 2 to 5 days to 1 month to be delivered, depending on the circumstances and the type of order placed. Keep this in mind when hiring me.

Payments will be made through Paypal or bank transfer (preferred option), using USD ($) as currency.

If payment is made in BRL (R$), options such as PIX, picpay and bank transfer will be available.

Projects for commercial use have an additional fee on the value that can vary from 50% to 85% of their original price. This will depend on the purpose of the order.

If a full refund or chargeback is issued, you will lose your ownership and rights to the artwork you requested at any stage of progress.

Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has started and is not in the process of being completed.

Once the invoice is not paid within one week, the commission will be canceled unless there is a mutual agreement on the delay.
